目的探讨粘附分子E-Cadherin和与肺癌淋巴转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了63例肺癌组织及其中41例淋巴转移灶中E-Cadherin和的表达。结果淋巴转移灶中阳性表达率为85.37%,显著高于原发灶(63.49%,P<0.05);E-Cadherin均与肺癌淋巴转移密切相关(P值分别小于0.05和0.001);诊断肺癌淋巴转移的敏感度和特异度E-Cadherin异常表达为63.41%和63.64%,阳性表达为85.37%和77.27%,平行试验敏感度为87.80%,特异度为59.09%,系列试验敏感度为60.98%,特异度为81.18%。结论 E-Cadherin异常表达和阳性表达可能均在肺癌淋巴转移中起重要的促进作用,可作为诊断肺癌淋巴转移的辅助指标。

Objective To study the relationship between expression of cell adhesion molecules E-Cadherin and and lymph node metastasis in lung carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method had been used to detect expressions of E-Cadherin and in 63 primary lung cancer tissues and 41 metastatic lymph nodes. Results The positive rate of expression in metastatic lymph nodes was 85.37 % (35/41), which was significantly higher than that in primary spots( P < 0.05). Either E-Cadherin or was distinctly correlated with lymph node involvements in lung cancer(P<0.05 and <0. 001 respectively). The sensitivity and the specificity of E-Cadherin abnormal expression positive expression, parallel and cascade test in diagnosing lymph node metastasis of lung cancer were 63.41% and 63.64%, 85.37% and 77.27%, 87.80% and 59.09%, 60.98% and 81.18%, respectively. Conclusion These results indicate that the E-Cadherin and CD44v6 play an important promoting role in lymph node metastasis in lung cancer.
