目的 研究超声驻波不同作用时间对血液沉降过程的影响. 方法 对14份血液样品用功 率密度Ⅰ=1.05 W*cm-2的超声驻波场分别作用0~200 s各不相等的时间, 观察红细 胞沉降现象并 记录沉降指标. 结果 驻波场沉降曲线与自然沉降曲线有相似之处;驻波 加速血沉的作用具有 最小时间阈;存在驻波作用的“饱和时间”;一定条件下超声间歇作用于血样不会产生“时 间累积效应”.结论 超声驻波场对血液沉降的加速作用具有时间依赖性.

AIM To study the effect of different exposure time in the ultrasonic standing wave field (USWF) on the process of erythrocyte sedimentation. METHODS Erythrocyte sedimentation of 14 blood samples, which were continously or in terruptedly exposed with the given USWF (1.76 MHz, 1.05 W*cm-2) for different tim e between 0 and 200 s, was investigated. RESULTS Ability of accelerating the sedimentation with USWF was related with the acoustic radiation time, and there existed a minimum threshold time TH and a saturation time TS; i.e., the USW F co uld accelerate the sedimentation only between the TH and TS. Moreover, we al so fo und that the interrupted ultrasound could not cause an accumulative effect. [ WTHZ CO NCLUSION Extent of the effect of standing wave field on the sedimen tation process is dependent on the exposure time.
