用金相显微镜和电子探针研究了ZL102铸造铝合金炊具防粘涂层部分产品在使用过程中逐渐产生鼓泡的原因.结果表明:产生鼓泡的产品是由于浇注前精炼、变质处理不充分,残留在合金缺陷(如气孔、疏松等)中的杂质,在高温使用过程中,逐渐扩散至表面,在防粘涂层下面产生一定的压力而引起的.
用金相顯微鏡和電子探針研究瞭ZL102鑄造鋁閤金炊具防粘塗層部分產品在使用過程中逐漸產生鼓泡的原因.結果錶明:產生鼓泡的產品是由于澆註前精煉、變質處理不充分,殘留在閤金缺陷(如氣孔、疏鬆等)中的雜質,在高溫使用過程中,逐漸擴散至錶麵,在防粘塗層下麵產生一定的壓力而引起的.

The cause of the bubbling of anti-stickiness coating on ZL102casting Al alloy cooking utensils is discussed. By metalloscope and electronic probe, it is found that the bubbling may result from the impurities which remain in the flaws (such as bubbles、 loose structures etc.) if refiring and modification are inadequate, when cooking utensils are used at high temperature a pressure leading to the formation of bubbles will be produced with the impurities diffusing from inside to the surface.
