本文在满足结构强度和刚度要求的前提下,通过对薄壁复合材料制品的铺层材料设计和制备工艺设计来减少制品的收缩变形.对不同方案进行了对比试验并采用三维有限元加以分析,试验结果与计算结果吻合.

This paper introduced how to reduce the deformation and shrinkage of composite laminates on the basis of meeting strength and stiffnes requirements by overlaying design and design of production technique. The comparative experiments were carried out for different options. It was found in 3D finite element analysis the computed results was coincident with the experiment results.
