目的:探讨手工制备浓缩血小板的影响因素,提高手工浓缩血小板的质量.方法:2008年1～12月随机选择献血者且献血前72 h内未服用过阿司匹林类药物,采集顺畅;采用两种形状的血袋及两种规格的血液,通过不同的离心条件及同一分离手法制备手工浓缩血小板.结果:按"白膜法1"制备浓缩血小板收集效果好;400 ml全血制备浓缩血小板含量高.结论:手工制备浓缩血小板的数量除献血者本身因素外,离心条件、血液规格及血袋的形状对收集血小板均有影响.

Objective:To discussion the impact factor of handmade blood platelets concentrate,in order to increase the quality of handmade blood platelets concentrate.Methods:All year round of 2008, the method we used was to choose some blood donors in random who hadn't taken aspirin medicine before donating blood in 72 hours. On this condition, blood platelets were collected and adopted smoothly. We have collected two types of blood bags and two kinds of blood specification through different ways of centrifugal conditions for making and reserving handmade blood platelets concentrate.Results:The result shows that the good way of collecting effect for making and reserving handmade blood platelets concentrate was "White Film Method 1"(BC-PC method 1); moreover, the effect of making and reserving 400 ml handmade blood platelets concentrate in whole blood was better.Conclusion:The quantity of making and reserving handmade blood platelets concentrate has been affected by not only blood donor himself but his centrifugal condition,blood specification and types of blood bags.
