以新鲜牦牛血为原料,采用微波加热及有机溶剂提取相结合的方法提取牦牛血红细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶.结果表明:通过单因素及正交试验对提取工艺进行优化,得出最优工艺条件为:微波处理时间为16 s,无水乙醇添加量为0.5倍,氯仿添加量为0.25倍,丙酮添加量为1.6倍,在上述条件下提取的超氧化物歧化酶的活力可达67.137 U·mL~(-1).

Fresh yak blood was used as the materials,and a combined method of microwave heating and organit solvent extraction was used to extract SOD from yak blood. The extraction of superoxide dismutase from yak blood was studied by single factor search and orthogonal experimental designation. The optimal technology of extraction was showed as the microwave process time was 16 s,the absolute ethyl alcohol recruitment was 0.5 times, the chloroform recruitment was 0.25 times, the acetone recruitment was 1.6 times. By using this techniques to extract the superoxide dismutase, the enzyme activity may reach 67.137 U·mL~(-1).
