根据FAO推荐方法,采用滤纸药膜法比较测定多杀菌素时磷化氢抗性系数分别为343,128,56,1倍的谷蠡4个品系成虫(R343,R128,R56,R1)的毒力.结果表明,在24 h药膜接触处理后R343,R128,R56,R1的LD50值分别为25.269 7,8.163 2,7.590 4,9.564 5 μg·cn-2;经过48 h药膜接触处理后,R343,R128,R56,R1的LD50值分剐为0.274 0,0.204 3,0.250 8,0.371 6 μg·cm-2.试验剂量下,分别经24 h和48 h药膜处理后存活的试虫,在适宜培养条件均在脱离接触后5 d时全部死亡.对磷化氢抗性存在明显差异的谷蠡品系时多杀菌素的敏感性差异不明显.说明对磷化氢有明显抗性的谷蠹对多杀菌素没有表现出交互抗性.

The toxicity of spinosad against four strains of Rhyzopertha dominica (F.) (R343, P128, P56 and R1) with different phosphine resistance factors of 343,128,56 and 1 times was bio-assayed by us filter paper and film.The results indicate that the LDso values of R343, R128, R56 and R1 after keeping contact with the film for 24 h are respectively 25.269 7, 8.163 2 , 7.590 4,9.564 5 μg·cm -2; and the LD50 values of R343 , R128 , R56 and R, after keeping contact with the film for 48 h are respectively 0.274 0,0.204 3,0.250 8,0.371 6 μg·cm-2 The survival test insects after 24 h and 48 h film coating treatment with the test dosage all died in five days after stopping contact with the film under the proper culture condition.The results show that the different strains of Rhyzopertha dominica (F.) with significant difference it/the phosphine resistance level have no obvious difference of sensitivity to spinosad, indicatiny that the strains of Rhyzopertha dorninica (F.) with significant phosphine resistance shows no cross resistance to spinosad.
