为研究明党参药材水溶性活性成分,本文采用水提取、大孔树脂吸附和硅胶柱层析等方法对其进行分离,通过物理化学性质和紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱、1H核磁共振、13C核磁共振等手段进行结构鉴定.从30%乙醇洗脱部位中分得8个单体化合物,分别鉴定为琥珀酸(Succinic acid,1)、胡萝卜甾醇(daucosterol,2)、5-羟基-8-甲氧基补骨脂素(5-hydroxy-8-methoxy-psoralen,3)、对甲氧基肉桂酸(4-Methoxycinnamic acid,4)、5-羟基-8-甲氧基补骨脂苷(8-methoxy-5-O-β-D-glucosyloxypsoralen,5)、D-甘露醇(D-mannitol,6)、(S)2-羟基苯丙酸((S)2-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid,7)和(R)2-羟基苯丙酸((R)2-hydrexyphenylpropionic acid,8).化合物4、5、7、8为首次自明党参药材中分得,5-羟基-8-甲氧基补骨脂素及其苷系首次从该植物中同时分得.

To study the chemical constituents of water-solubility active site of the roots of Changium smyrnioides Wollf (Radix Changli),the chemical compounds were extracted by water,and isolated by macro-porous resin and normal phase silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods of UV,IR,MS 1H NMR and 13C NMR.Eight compounds were separated from 30% ethanol macroporous resins elution and were identified as suceinic acid(1),daucosterol(2),5-hydroxy-8-methoxy-psoralen(3),4-methoxycinnamic acid(4),8-methoxy-5-O-β-D-glucosyloxy psoralen(5),D-mannitol(6),(S)2-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid(7),(R)2-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid(8).Compounds 4,5,7 and 8 were isolated from Radix Changii for the first time.5-Hydroxy-8-methoxypsoralen and its glucoside were isolated from the plant for the first time simultaneously.
