本文针对窝藏毒品罪在刑法理论与实践上的若干问题展开探讨。笔者对窝藏毒品罪的主要及随机犯罪客体进行了区分，对犯罪客观方面中窝藏行为的含义、特征及其与非法持有行为的交叉关系进行了重点论述。就如何理解本罪罪状中的“犯罪分子”一语，以及司法实践中可能遇到的两个难题，进行了初步探讨。

This article discusses criminal law issues in theory and practice concerning the crime of concealing drugs. The article distinguishes principal object of a crime and a random one, focusing on the act of concealing in the objective aspects in terms of the meaning, the characteristics and the cross relations between drug concealing and illegal holding. The article also discusses how to understand the term ＂criminal＂ in the crime description and how to crack two hard nuts that are likely to appear in judicial practice.
