本文介绍了欧式木窗的几种常用榫的种类及结构,在此基础上设计了适合欧式木窗力学性能的榫型(暗直榫),这种榫型具有90°圆弧榫头,并且木榫不穿透榫背,这就使得加工木榫过程中可以减小铣削力的大小,这是新型木榫的最大优点。在此基础上建立数学模型分析新型榫的力学情况。
本文介紹瞭歐式木窗的幾種常用榫的種類及結構,在此基礎上設計瞭適閤歐式木窗力學性能的榫型(暗直榫),這種榫型具有90°圓弧榫頭,併且木榫不穿透榫揹,這就使得加工木榫過程中可以減小鐉削力的大小,這是新型木榫的最大優點。在此基礎上建立數學模型分析新型榫的力學情況。

This paper described some kinds and structures of mortise-and-tenon joint type for European Style wooden window, and on this basis, proposed the type of tenon which is suit for the mechanical properties of European style wooden windows (concealed straight tenon), the biggest advantage of the new tenon is this type of tenon with a 90° arc and its joints do not penetrate the back, which makes the processing of wood joints milling process can reduce the force. On this basis, the paper has founded a mathematical model of the mechanical conditions of new joints.
