一种顶吸式磁导向机构。我们设想将磁导轨磁力吸附方式改为顶吸式,就是让磁导轨上的磁铁和基片架上的磁铁上下隔离一段距离而且极性相对,这样一方面由于磁导轨和基片架顶部分开了一段距离,两者之间不会造成摩擦;另一方面由于磁铁是上下正对,且极性相反,这样会将基片架吸附,因而底部的传动轮就只承载一小部分基片架的自身重量,从而减轻了传动轮的负担。在磁场和工件本身的重力的作用下,达到了两个磁铁间有一定的间隙,可既不产生摩擦,又能平稳地通过工件,从而可实现无摩擦导向功能。

We change the magnetic attracting type of magnetic rail into top attracting way so as to separate the magnet of rail from that of substrate supporter and let the polarities of the two magnets have opposite match . Therefore the friction between magnets was avoided as the separation . On the other hand , the burden on the driving wheels is reduced since only a small part of substrate mass pressed on it because the magnets line up and down and have opposite polarity and attract the substrate supporter. A gap is kept between two magnets by the magnetic field and the gravity of working parts , which is why the friction free guidance can be realized.
