为了探讨蛇纹石中镍的浸取与富集的有效方法,进行了蛇纹石浸出液浸取条件选择及浸出液的净化与铁镍混合物的回收试验.结果表明:采用盐酸浸出工艺,镍浸出率为96.47%,浸出液经净化沉镍,可得含镍1.48%的铁镍混合物,达到了工业品位要求,镍的回收率为83.77%.
為瞭探討蛇紋石中鎳的浸取與富集的有效方法,進行瞭蛇紋石浸齣液浸取條件選擇及浸齣液的淨化與鐵鎳混閤物的迴收試驗.結果錶明:採用鹽痠浸齣工藝,鎳浸齣率為96.47%,浸齣液經淨化沉鎳,可得含鎳1.48%的鐵鎳混閤物,達到瞭工業品位要求,鎳的迴收率為83.77%.

To explore an effective way to leach and enrich Ni from serpentine, test was conducted on the selection of leaching conditions and purification of leaching solution, as well as recovery of Fe and Ni mixture The result showed that by using the hydrochloric acid leaching process, the leaching rate of Ni was 96.47%, the leaching solution produced Fe and Ni mixture containing 1.48% Ni after be-ing purified and precipitated, reaching the requirements for commer-cial grade, with the recovery rate of Ni being 83.77%.
