Blasting parameters directly affect the blast effect. It is an important content of blasting design. Through analyzing the blasting area lo-cation, rock condition and other factors, the blasting technical scheme was designed based on the actual situation, and the various measures were introduced. Blasting test has been carried out on the buried culverts engineering at the East River of Huixlan County in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. Analysis of the effects of vibration monitoring and post-blast showed the blasting parameters were reasonable. The successful experience could be referred by later works.
