为满足高炉热风炉生产工艺要求,保证拱顶温度的平稳及提高热风炉热效率和节能的目的,设计了一套由西门子新一代PCS7过程控制系统、调节阀及各种检测仪表组成的测控系统,实现了拱顶温度控制和变比值燃烧控制等功能.经调试运行表明,该系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好.

In order to production request of the blast furnace hot blast stove technique,guarantee the arch temperature steady,raise the hot-blast stove thermal efficiency and achieve the energy conservation goal,a set of observation system is designed.The system is composed of a new generation of SIEMENS PCS7 process control system,the regulating valve and each kind of examination measuring appliance.The arch temperature control and variable ratio combustion control are realized.After the debugging and running,the results show that the system is stable,reliable and good control effect.
