采用生物超微弱发光探测技术对食管癌细胞的超微弱发光进行研究,获得了食管癌细胞增殖与超微弱发光强度之间的关系.研究结果表明:不同密度组细胞的超微弱发光不同;超微弱发光与细胞的增殖状态有关.

Using the detect technology of the ultraweak photon emission, the esophageal carcinoma ultraweak photon emission is measured.The relationship between the intensity of biophoton and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were acquired. The result shows that: biothotonic intensity of esophageal carcinoma is effected by the different cells density; The abnormalchange of PCNA and ultraweak photon emission play an important role in the development of esophageal carcinoma.
