将聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维在空气气氛中于180~240℃范围内进行预处理,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)测试手段考察了预处理过程中形成的初期结构及其含量对纤维后续反应热性能的影响.结果表明:PAN纤维预处理过程中形成的含氧结构影响纤维的后续反应热性能;初期形成的含氧结构及其含量具有明显的时间效应和温度效应.
將聚丙烯腈(PAN)纖維在空氣氣氛中于180~240℃範圍內進行預處理,利用差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)和傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)測試手段攷察瞭預處理過程中形成的初期結構及其含量對纖維後續反應熱性能的影響.結果錶明:PAN纖維預處理過程中形成的含氧結構影響纖維的後續反應熱性能;初期形成的含氧結構及其含量具有明顯的時間效應和溫度效應.

Polyacrylonitrile fibers were pretreated in air at temperatures ranging from 180℃ to 240℃.The effect of the initial structure formed during pretreatment and its content on the subsequent thermal properties were studied by DSC and FT-IR.The results showed that structures containing oxygen formed during pretreatment of the PAN fiber and affected the subsequent thermal properties of the fibers.The nature of the oxygen bearing structures and their content varied with the time and temperature employed in the pretreatment step.
