高职院校教师应根据职业教育教学目标的要求构建科学的课程结构。该文分析了高职《食品加工技术》课程实践教学的现状及企业对食品加工技术人才的职业能力要求,探讨了高职《食品加工技术》的实践教学课程体系,提出了加强实践教学的对策。

According to the requirements of the vocational education,the teachers of higher vocational colleges should build the scientific structure of the courses.There are several problems in the course of Food Processing Technology.The teaching structure is irrational,and it is lack of operability and mobility,which affect the students' abilities of creation and innovation.This article analyzes the opening status of vocational food processing technology as well as the requirements of professional competence,and discusses the regulations of the teaching practice on vocational food processing technology.
