目的 观察急性白血病(AL)患者血清瘦素(LEP)水平的表达.方法 AL患者25例(实验组),健康人25例(对照组),分别以放射免疫法测量AL患者治疗前血清LEP水平及健康人血清LEP水平.结果 两组血清LEP水平分别为(19.6±3.48)μg/L和(32.89±6.56)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 AL患者血清瘦素水平较健康人为低.

목적 관찰급성백혈병(AL)환자혈청수소(LEP)수평적표체.방법 AL환자25례(실험조),건강인25례(대조조),분별이방사면역법측량AL환자치료전혈청LEP수평급건강인혈청LEP수평.결과 량조혈청LEP수평분별위(19.6±3.48)μg/L화(32.89±6.56)μg/L,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 AL환자혈청수소수평교건강인위저.
Objective To investigate the levels of plasma leptin in patients with acute leukemia(AL).Methods There are 25 cases in AL group,while 25 normal persons in controls.The expression of the levels of leptin in the plasma of AL patients and normal persons using mdioimmunoassay method Wag analysed.Results The plasma leptin levels were 19.6±3.48μg/L and 32.89±6.56μg/L in the two groups respectively with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The plasma leptin level in patients with AL is lower than that in normal controls.
