营养液培养条件下研究缺硼反应不同的棉花品种苗期对B、P、K、Ca、Mg吸收和分配的差异。结果表明，缺硼显著抑制棉花对B、P、K、Mg的吸收，敏感品种9706受抑制程度更严重。同时，缺硼还影响这些元素在2品种体内的分配，地下部分配比降低，地上部分配比增加，不敏感品种9702变化幅度更大。缺硼也抑制棉花对Ca的吸收，并影响其在植株各部位的分配，但品种之间无明显差异。

The differences of the uptake and distribution of B, P, K, Ca and Mg between two cotton cultivars responding differently to B deficiency were studied during seedling period in the solution culture. The experiments showed B deficiency inhibited the uptake of B, P, K, Mg in cotton, which was displayed more distinctly in the B-inefficient cultivar than the B-efficient one. Moreover, the distribution of these nutrients in cotton plant was affected by B deficiency, the nutrients' distribution rate in roots was reduced, raised in shoots, but the extent of change was larger in the B-efficient cultivar. The results indicated the higher capability of nutrient uptake and transporting from roots to shoots was the main reason why the B-efficient cultivar grew better than the B-inefficient one under the condition of B deficiency. The Ca uptake and distribution was also affected by B deficiency, but there was not significant difference between both cotton cultivars.
