通过种子乳液半连续法合成了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,并对其粒子形态及分布进行分析.结果表明:通过种子乳液半连续聚合工艺可制备出固含量42wt%,乳化剂含量4wt%(基于单体量)、窄分布纳米粒子的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液.随反应进行,粒径分布变窄,平均粒径逐渐增大.随乳化剂中SDS与OP-10的摩尔比减少,粒径增大.
通過種子乳液半連續法閤成瞭有機硅改性丙烯痠酯聚閤物乳液,併對其粒子形態及分佈進行分析.結果錶明:通過種子乳液半連續聚閤工藝可製備齣固含量42wt%,乳化劑含量4wt%(基于單體量)、窄分佈納米粒子的有機硅改性丙烯痠酯聚閤物乳液.隨反應進行,粒徑分佈變窄,平均粒徑逐漸增大.隨乳化劑中SDS與OP-10的摩爾比減少,粒徑增大.

The organosilicon modified acrylate polymer latex was synthesized by the seeded semicontinuous emulsion polymerization and its particle size distribution was analyzed.The results showed that organosilicon modified acrylate polymer latex with the solid content 42wt%,emulsifier content 4wt%(based on monomer quantity),narrow distribution nanometer particles has been prepared.The particle-size distribution grows narrow,the average size increases gradually with the reaction.Along with SDS and the OP-10 mole ratio in the emulsifier mixture reduction,the particle size increases.
