用丙烯睛和己二胺可合成环氧树脂固化剂。借助核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)分析该固化剂组成。结果表明:当己二胺(HMD)、丙烯睛(AN)按摩尔比为1:1反应时,除主要产物氰乙基己二胺外,产物中同时存在二氰乙基己二胺。

용병희정화기이알가합성배양수지고화제。차조핵자공진(NMR)、홍외광보(IR)、질보(MS)분석해고화제조성。결과표명:당기이알(HMD)、병희정(AN)안마이비위1:1반응시,제주요산물청을기기이알외,산물중동시존재이청을기기이알。
The curing agent for epoxy is synthesized by reacting hexamethylenediamine with acrylonitrile.Synthesis method has been improved.The compositions of the curing agent are analyzed with infrared spectroscopy,mass spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.It is found that when.the reaction between hexamethylenediamine and acrylonitrile is carried out in the mole ratio of 1: 1,main product of the mono-cyanoethylation hexamethylenediamine and by-product of the bicyanoethylation hexamethylenediamine is produced at same time.
