目的:分析黄芩药材和种子中脂溶性成分的组成和含量.方法:以石油醚为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取脂肪酸,经甲酯化处理后,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其进行定性鉴别和定量分析.结果:药材中鉴定出30种化合物,含量较高的成分有:亚油酸(41.689%),油酸(14.151%)和棕榈酸(12.109%).种子中鉴定出14种化合物,含量较高的物质为:亚油酸(55.381%),油酸(25.618%)和棕榈酸(5.141%).结论:黄芩药材和种子中均富含不饱和脂肪酸,在食用、医疗保健等方面具有较大的应用潜力和开发前景.

AIM: To analyze fat-soluble components in the roots and seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.METHODS: The oil was extracted by Soxhlet extractor and analyzed by gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric (GC-MS). RESULTS: Thirty components in roots were identified, the major components were 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (41. 689% ), 9-Octadecenoic acid(14. 151%) and Hexadecanoic acid (12. 109%). Fourteen constituents were identified in seeds which mainly were 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (55. 381%), 9-Octadecenoic acid (25. 618% ) and Hexadecanoic acid (5. 141%). CONCLUSION: Both root and seed oils are rich in unsaturated fatty acids which may be further developed and utilized in foods and health cares.
