目的 比较ATB嗜血杆菌药敏试验和肉汤稀释法检测流感嗜血杆菌药物敏感性的性能.方法 收集临床分离的流感嗜血杆菌共96株,采用ATB嗜血杆菌药敏试验板条和肉汤稀释法药敏试验测定氨苄西林、氨苄西林-克拉维酸、复方磺胺甲(口恶)唑、氯霉素、头孢呋辛和头孢噻肟对96株流感嗜血杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果 2种方法检测结果的符合率分别为:氨苄西林96.9%、头孢噻肟100.0%、氨苄西林-克拉维酸91.7%、复方磺胺甲(口恶)唑92.7%、氯霉素95.8%和头孢呋辛97.9%.结论 ATB嗜血杆菌药敏试验和肉汤稀释法均可用于临床分离的嗜血杆菌药敏试验.

목적 비교ATB기혈간균약민시험화육탕희석법검측류감기혈간균약물민감성적성능.방법 수집림상분리적류감기혈간균공96주,채용ATB기혈간균약민시험판조화육탕희석법약민시험측정안변서림、안변서림-극랍유산、복방광알갑(구악)서、록매소、두포부신화두포새우대96주류감기혈간균적최저억균농도(MIC).결과 2충방법검측결과적부합솔분별위:안변서림96.9%、두포새우100.0%、안변서림-극랍유산91.7%、복방광알갑(구악)서92.7%、록매소95.8%화두포부신97.9%.결론 ATB기혈간균약민시험화육탕희석법균가용우림상분리적기혈간균약민시험.
Objective To compare the antibiotic susceptibility of Hemophilus influenza by ATB Hemophilus influenza susceptibility test and broth dilution method. Methods 96 isolates of Hemophilus influenza were collected. The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of ampicillin, ampicillin-clavtdanic acid, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, chloromycin, cefuroxime and cefotaxime to Hemophilus influenza were determined by ATB Hemophilus influenza susceptibility test strip and broth dilution method. Results Coincidence rate of two kinds of methods were 96.9% for ampicillin, 100.0% for cefotaxime, 91.7% for ampicillin-clavulanic acid, 92.7% for trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, 95.8% for chloromycin and 97.9% for cefuroxime respectively. Conclusions ATB Hemophilus influenza susceptibility test and broth dilution method could be used in Hemophilus influenza susceptibility test.
