炉渣分析仪中温度测控的精度直接影响分析结果,针对传统的温度测控系统温控误差大、升温慢、稳定度差等问题,提出了一种基于铂铑热电偶的智能温度测控方法,采用脉宽调制(PWM:Pulse Width Modulation)的控温模式,使热电偶处于测温和控温的时分复用工作(TDM:Time Division Multiplexing)状态,热电偶既作测温元件,也作控温元件;同时采用了控制精度高、稳定性好的数字比例积分微分(PID:Proportional Integral Differential)控制算法,给出了温度测控电路和温度测控程序.实验结果表明:该温度测控系统温控误差小、升温快、稳定性好,确保了炉渣分析仪的整体性能.

The accuracy of temperature measurement directly affects the results of analysis.For these problems in the traditional system,such as,large error from control system,slowness of being heat up and poor stability etc.,a method based on the platinum rhodium thermo-couple has been proposed.The method adopts PWM temperaturecontrolling model,making the thermocouple in the TDM working state which detect and control temperature.And the thermocouple has both been used as temperature detector and controller;at the sanle time,the PID control algorithm with hish accuracy and good stability is being practiced,so that the temperature measurement,control circuit,the temperature measurement and control procedures can be provided.Experimental results has shown that the temperature measurement and control system result in small errors and possess good stability and easy to be heat up,ensuring the overall performance of the blast furnace method snalyzer.
