采用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对TC4板料的电辅助加热渐近成形进行了数值分析,研究了进给速度、层距和电流等因素对工具头受力、板料温度和应变的影响规律.通过成形实验对数值分析进行了验证,并提出了工艺优化方法.实验表明:电流是影响TC4板料成形性能和温度的最主要因素,最佳成形温度为500~600℃.加工后板料的强度极限降低约10%,硬度增高14%左右,为该技术的应用提供了工艺指导.

In the current work, electric hot incremental forming of Ti-6A1-4V titanium sheet is simulated by using MSC. Marc software. Processing parameters, such as feed rate, step down and current, are studied to find influences on force of toot, strain and temperature of Ti-6Al-4V sheet. Forming experiments are designed to verify the analysis. Results show that the current is the most important factor, and the best forming temperature range is 500~600 ℃. After processing, the ultimate strength of TC4sheet is reduced by 10%, and the hardness is increased by 14%. The research provides an instruction for the application of the technology.
