为研究哮喘的易感基因,科学家们发现了一个新的基因家族--Tim基因家族,而生物信息学研究发现人Tin1就是人甲型肝炎病毒细胞受体(huHAVcr-1),另外,流行病学调查结果显示甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)感染下降与哮喘发病上升这一反转现象.此文就HAV感染对哮喘的影响,以及HAV-Tim1途径对T细胞分化的作用等方面研究进展进行综述.

The search for susceptible gene of asthma has led to the identification of a novel T cell immunoglobulin domain, mucin-like domain (Tim) gene family, and human Timl was initially identified as the cellular receptor for hepatitis A virus(huHAVcr-1) . This is intriguing, as several epidemiological studies have noted that infection with hepatitis A virus is associated with protection against the development of asthma in human. The influence of HAV infection to asthma and the effect of HAV-Tim in T cell differentiation are reviewed in this article.
