目的 对紫背鼠尾草Salvia cavaleiei Levl.var.erythrophylla(Hemsl.)Stib化学成分进行研究.方法 应用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构.结果 从紫背鼠尾草中分离得到5个化合物,分别为3β,6β,23-三羟基-12-烯-齐墩果酸(1),熊果酸(2),正十七酸(3),正十八酸(4),β-谷甾醇(5).结论 5个化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到.
目的 對紫揹鼠尾草Salvia cavaleiei Levl.var.erythrophylla(Hemsl.)Stib化學成分進行研究.方法 應用硅膠、葡聚糖凝膠等色譜技術分離純化,應用波譜技術確定化閤物的結構.結果 從紫揹鼠尾草中分離得到5箇化閤物,分彆為3β,6β,23-三羥基-12-烯-齊墩果痠(1),熊果痠(2),正十七痠(3),正十八痠(4),β-穀甾醇(5).結論 5箇化閤物均為首次從該植物分離得到.
목적 대자배서미초Salvia cavaleiei Levl.var.erythrophylla(Hemsl.)Stib화학성분진행연구.방법 응용규효、포취당응효등색보기술분리순화,응용파보기술학정화합물적결구.결과 종자배서미초중분리득도5개화합물,분별위3β,6β,23-삼간기-12-희-제돈과산(1),웅과산(2),정십칠산(3),정십팔산(4),β-곡치순(5).결론 5개화합물균위수차종해식물분리득도.
Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of Salvia cavaleriei Levl. Var. Erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib. Methods Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result Five compounds were identified as 3β, 6β, 23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), n-heptadecanoic acid (3), n-octadecanoic acid (4), and β-sitosterol (5). Conclusion Five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
