[目的]研究棕榈植物的抗寒繁殖与北移驯化.[方法]以实生选育的棕榈品种年志东和年志西为试材,测量其株高、冠幅和干茎周长等生物学特性;以年志雄棕和香山公园盆栽棕榈为材料,采用不同的培养方式和不同梯度的培养基进行花粉萌发试验;以年志西和年志东为母本,用不同生态条件的棕榈作父本进行杂交试验.[结果]年志东和年志西2个品种棕榈能抗极端最低温度-17.8 ℃,近2年迅速增长,每年株高增长超过1 m;用不同的培养方式时棕榈花粉生活力存在差异,花粉培养密度与花粉生活力存在一定相关性;棕榈花粉萌发的最适培养基为10%蔗糖+0.2%硼酸,萌发率为79.2%;通过杂交试验共得到杂交种子13 762粒,杂种苗13 551株.[结论]该研究填补了北方城市应用南国植物棕榈北移驯化的空白.

[Objective]The purpose was to study the propagation and northward domestication of cold-resistant Trachycarpus fortunei. [Method]With the seedling-stand bred T. fortunei varieties of Nianzhidong and Nianzhixi as the tested materials, their biological characteristics such as height, crown width and stem circumference were measured;with T. fortunei variety Nianzhixiong and potted palm in Xiangshan Park as tested materials, the pollen germination tests were carried out by using different culture method and different gradient media;with Nianzhidong and Nianzhixi as female parents and T. fortunei under different ecological conditions as male parents, the hybridization tests were made. [Result]Nianzhidong and Nianzhixi could bear the extremely lowest low- temperature of -17.8 ℃ and grew quickly in recent 2 years, with its plant height raising above 1 m every year. The pollen viability by using different culture method had differences and there were a certain correlation between the pollen density and pollen viability. The optimum culture medium for pollen germination of T. fortunei was 10% sucrose + 0.2% boric acid, with the pollen germination rate of 79.2%. 13 762 hybrid seeds and 13 551 hybrid seedlings were obtained through the hybridization tests. [Conclusion]This study filled the blank that the south plants were applied in the northern city by northward domestication.
