目的了解住院医师规范化培训制度实行后对上海市2010届应届临床医学专业毕业生择业观的影响。方法采用自制问卷形式对上海市4所高校2010届应届临床医学专业毕业生的择业观进行调查，采用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果大部分调查对象认为住院医师规范化培训制度对其择业产生了较大的影响，择业影响因素中“家庭背景关系”比例上升，培训后再次面临择业以及轮转时自身利益无保障等是被调查者担忧的主要影响因素。结论加强就业指导，增多就业信息传播渠道，切实地、公平公正地贯彻执行《上海市住院医师规范化培训实施办法》中的各项制度，将有利于住院医师规范化培训工作更深入地开展下去。

Objective To study the effect on career concept of Shanghai' medical graduates in 2010 after the resident standard train system being carried out.Methods The current graduates of clinical medicine program in 2010 from four universities in Shanghai were surveyed by means of questionnaire.The results were analyzed by SPSS 16.0.ResultsMost of the graduates being surveyed thought that the resident standard train system had great effect on their employment obtaining.The rate of family background as an effect factor had risen up.Facing another job choosing and no insurance of their own benefits were two main factors they worried.ConclusionsMore career selection guidance, job information providing and fair implementation of instructions will benefit in the training system.
