目的观察松针提取物(Pine needle extract,PNE)对高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠治疗作用及其抗氧化作用。方法采用高脂饮食联合小剂量STZ(30 mg/kg)腹腔注射诱导Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型,用PNE(200,400,800 mg/kg)治疗4周,测定空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量,测定血清氧化亚氮( NO)、丙二醛( MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性。结果 PNE可显著降低Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖、TG及TC水平,明显降低血清NO,MDA水平,同时可提高血清SOD活性。结论 PNE可显著降低Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖和血脂水平,对糖尿病大鼠具有一定的治疗作用,其机制可能与松针抗氧化作用有关。

목적관찰송침제취물(Pine needle extract,PNE)대고지음식연합련뇨좌균소(STZ)유도적Ⅱ형당뇨병대서치료작용급기항양화작용。방법채용고지음식연합소제량STZ(30 mg/kg)복강주사유도Ⅱ형당뇨병대서모형,용PNE(200,400,800 mg/kg)치료4주,측정공복혈당、혈청감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)함량,측정혈청양화아담( NO)、병이철( MDA)함량급초양화물기화매( SOD)활성。결과 PNE가현저강저Ⅱ형당뇨병대서적공복혈당、TG급TC수평,명현강저혈청NO,MDA수평,동시가제고혈청SOD활성。결론 PNE가현저강저Ⅱ형당뇨병대서혈당화혈지수평,대당뇨병대서구유일정적치료작용,기궤제가능여송침항양화작용유관。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and antioxidative effect of pine needle extract ( PNE) on rats with type 2 diabetes induced by high fat diet and STZ .Method Type 2 diabetic animal model was established by high-fat diet and low dose of STZ .After treatment with PNE (200,400,800 mg/kg) for 4 weeks, the serum fasting blood glucose ( FBG ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) levels, nitric oxide ( NO ) activities, superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) activities and malondialdehyd ( MDA ) levels were measured . Results Compared with those in diabetic group ,FBG,TC and TG levels in diabetic rats treated with PNE were significantly decreased .PNE treatment significantly reduced NO activities and MDA levels , and elevated SOD activities in diabetic rats.Conclusion PNE can decrease blood glucose and blood lipids ,has a therapeutic effect on rats with type 2 diabetes .The mechanism may be related to the antioxidant effect .
