以三倍体卷丹与亚洲百合杂种系品种多利安娜、布鲁拉诺和东方百合杂种系品种西伯利亚、索蚌为试材,利用切割花柱、NAA处理、BA处理、NaCl处理及常规授粉5种授粉方法对卷丹与2个百合杂种系栽培品种进行正反交试验,研究其杂交结实情况.结果表明,卷丹与亚洲百合品种杂交亲和性较好,蒴果膨大率可达90%,有胚率达18.15%;卷丹与东方百合品种杂交亲和性很差,未能得到杂交果实.不同授粉方法对卷丹与亚洲百合品种杂交结实的影响不同,卷丹×多利安娜以0.1mg/L NAA处理效果较好,蒴果膨大率达90%,坐果率达60.0%,而多利安娜×卷丹以0.1mg/L BA处理授粉优于其它授粉方法;卷丹×布鲁拉诺常规授粉蒴果膨大率达25%,而布鲁拉诺×卷丹施用外源激素有诱导子房膨大的倾向.
以三倍體捲丹與亞洲百閤雜種繫品種多利安娜、佈魯拉諾和東方百閤雜種繫品種西伯利亞、索蚌為試材,利用切割花柱、NAA處理、BA處理、NaCl處理及常規授粉5種授粉方法對捲丹與2箇百閤雜種繫栽培品種進行正反交試驗,研究其雜交結實情況.結果錶明,捲丹與亞洲百閤品種雜交親和性較好,蒴果膨大率可達90%,有胚率達18.15%;捲丹與東方百閤品種雜交親和性很差,未能得到雜交果實.不同授粉方法對捲丹與亞洲百閤品種雜交結實的影響不同,捲丹×多利安娜以0.1mg/L NAA處理效果較好,蒴果膨大率達90%,坐果率達60.0%,而多利安娜×捲丹以0.1mg/L BA處理授粉優于其它授粉方法;捲丹×佈魯拉諾常規授粉蒴果膨大率達25%,而佈魯拉諾×捲丹施用外源激素有誘導子房膨大的傾嚮.

Triploid lily, Lilium lancifolium Thunb., was crossed with Asiatic hybrid lily cultivars Pollyanna and Brunello, and Oriental hybrid cultivars Siberia and Sorbonne to study the seed setting of the hybrids by using five kinds of pollination methods, including cutting style, NAA, BA and NaCl treatments, and common pollination. Results show that there was a better cross-compatibility between L. lancifolium and Asiatic hybrids with a swelling rate of 90.0% for capsules and a rate of seed with embryo of 18.15%, while there was a poor cross-compatibility between L. lancifolium and Oriental hybrids and no capsules were found. Seed setting varied with different pollination methods between L. lancifolium and Asiatic hybrids, and the best pollination method was 0.1mg/L NAA treatment with a swelling rate of 90.0% for capsules and a fruit setting rate of 60.0% in L. lancifolium×Pollyanna, while the best pollination method was 0.1mg/L BA treatment in Pollyanna×L. lancifolium. The swelling rate for capsules in L. lancifolium×Brunello reached 25.0% by common pollination, and the application of hormone could induce the swelling of ovary in Brunello×L. lancifolium.
