目的 探讨3.0T磁共振波谱测量技术(MR spectroscopy,MRS)与频率选择脂肪预饱和技术(fat saturation,FATSAT)对胰腺脂肪含量定量分析的可行性.方法 对35例健康志愿者胰腺行双回波同去相位磁共振成像(in-phase and out-of-phase,IP/OP),MRS、FATSAT序列扫描,测量胰腺脂肪含量(fat content,FC),以IP/OP法测得值为标准进行相关性分析.结果 IP/OP、FATSAT及MRS 3种方法 测得35例志愿者胰腺平均脂肪含量分别为(8.2±2.0)%、(11.8±4.7)%及(8.8±4.6)%,MRS与IP/OP之间呈正相关(r=0.809,P<0.001),FATSAT与IP/OP之间无相关性(r=0.311,P=0.069).结论 在3.0T磁共振成像系统下,MRS对于胰腺脂肪的定量分析是可行的,而FATSAT不适用于胰腺脂肪的定量分析.

목적 탐토3.0T자공진파보측량기술(MR spectroscopy,MRS)여빈솔선택지방예포화기술(fat saturation,FATSAT)대이선지방함량정량분석적가행성.방법 대35례건강지원자이선행쌍회파동거상위자공진성상(in-phase and out-of-phase,IP/OP),MRS、FATSAT서렬소묘,측량이선지방함량(fat content,FC),이IP/OP법측득치위표준진행상관성분석.결과 IP/OP、FATSAT급MRS 3충방법 측득35례지원자이선평균지방함량분별위(8.2±2.0)%、(11.8±4.7)%급(8.8±4.6)%,MRS여IP/OP지간정정상관(r=0.809,P<0.001),FATSAT여IP/OP지간무상관성(r=0.311,P=0.069).결론 재3.0T자공진성상계통하,MRS대우이선지방적정량분석시가행적,이FATSAT불괄용우이선지방적정량분석.
Objective To test the values of MR spectroscopy(MRS)and fat saturation(FATSAT)in quantifying fat content in pancreas with 3.OT MR.Methods Thirty-five healthy volunteers were examined with 3 different MR techniques IP/OP,MRS,and FATSAT,to quantify pancreas fat content(FC).The IP/OP result served as a reference standard.Results The IP/OP,FATSAT and MRS detected(8.2±2.0)%,(11.8±4.7)%and(8.8±4.6)%of pancreas fat content,respectively.The IP/OP result correlated with the MRS result(r=0.809,P<0.001),but not with the FATSAT result(r=0.311,P=0.069).Conclusion For 3.0T MRI,MRS technique can quantify pancreas fat content,but FATSAT can not.
