结合新颁布的海堤设计规范和工程实例,对海堤工程设计中海堤的界定、海堤防潮(洪)标准、设计波浪要素计算、复式斜坡堤波浪爬高计算及按控制越浪量确定堤顶高程等几个问题进行了探讨,提出海堤应以波高来界定、修建消浪平台的最佳位置为静水位附近、最佳宽度为入射波长的1/4及海堤设计应该直接以控制越浪量确定堤顶高程。
結閤新頒佈的海隄設計規範和工程實例,對海隄工程設計中海隄的界定、海隄防潮(洪)標準、設計波浪要素計算、複式斜坡隄波浪爬高計算及按控製越浪量確定隄頂高程等幾箇問題進行瞭探討,提齣海隄應以波高來界定、脩建消浪平檯的最佳位置為靜水位附近、最佳寬度為入射波長的1/4及海隄設計應該直接以控製越浪量確定隄頂高程。

According to the new code for design of sea dike project and practical engineering examples,several questions are discussed including the definition of sea wall,the standard of tide or flood control,the calculation of wave elements,the calculation of wave run up in multiple slope dike and the determination of crest level by permissive wave overtopping discharge.And it is put forward that the definition of sea wall should be according to wave height,and the best location of wave dissipation platform should be near static water level,the optimal width of which should be 1/4 of incident wavelength.
