The Higher Vocational and Technology College in our country, called Higher Vocational College or HVC for short, is an important part of higher education. Through the investigation and analysis of the physical education teachers＇ group, the paper aims at providing the theoretical basis for scientific and rational utilization of the human resources of PE teachers and leading to new ideas for physical education and even education reform of colleges in our country.
