随着节能降耗以及环保要求的提高,对流化床锅炉进行燃烧自控控制和效率在线检测成为大势所趋。为了实现流化床锅炉的燃烧自动控制,提高自控投入率并在线监测锅炉效率情况。本研究针对基于管道输送的75t流化床锅炉,设计了燃烧自动控制系统,实现了锅炉的汽包水位、过热蒸汽温度、过热蒸汽压力、一二次风以及氧量的自动控制,进而采用先进控制技术实现了整体的燃烧自动控制,根据过热蒸汽压力和负荷要求,自动调节煤泥给料以及相关环节。在此基础上,实现了锅炉效率在线计算,可以实时监控锅炉效率以及各部分热损失情况,用于指导锅炉优化运行,达到节能减排和电厂对标管理的要求。

with enhanced requirements in energy conservation and environmental protection, the combustion automatic control and efficiency on-line detection represents the general trend for fluidized bed boiler, with an aim to realize the automatic combustion control, improved automatic input rate and on-line boiler efficiency monitoring for the fluidized bed boiler. This study, based on the 75 tons of fluidized bed boiler delivered through pipelines, designs the combustion automatic control system, so as to achieve the automatic control on the boiler drum water level, superheated steam temperature, steam pressure, 1st and 2nd winds as well as oxygen automatic control. As a result, the overall automatic control on combustion through advanced technology is realized, as well as automatic adjustment in coal feeding and related links in accordance with superheated steam pressure and load request. On this basis, the on-line calculation of boiler efficiency is realized so as to real-time monitor the boiler efficiency and the heat loss of boiler operation, for guiding the optimized operation, meeting the requirements for energy-saving & emission reduction and standardized management of the power plant.
