对电石法PVC生产过程中乙炔发生器滤水回用系统进行了改造:①增加了滤水加酸管道,②新增1条滤水上水系统,③对凉水塔增加了1条循环冷却管路;改造后增强了系统安全性,减少了管路结垢程度,实现了.滤水全部回用。

Modifications were made for thoroughly reusing the percolate water from acetylene generator system in PVC production by calcium carbide method, which included: (1) increasing pipcs for adding acid to the percolate water; (2) increasing a percolate water supply system; (3) increasing a circulation cooling pipe to cool water tower. After modification, the system safety was improved, the scaling degree of pipes were decreased, and the thorough reuse of percolate water was achieved.
