在分析蓄电池特性的基础上,设计了一种怠速状态的电平衡自动控制策略.该方法通过电压估计蓄电池状态,据此对怠速转速进行控制,保证电平衡,并进一步对该方法与原发动机控制逻辑的集成等实际应用问题进行了研究.通过集成到ECU,可在不增加硬件成本的同时实现怠速电平衡的自动控制.实车试验表明,集成后该控制逻辑集能够根据电气负载自动调整怠速转速,在保证怠速状态电平衡的同时使发动机工作在允许的最低转速,且调整过程平稳.

By analyzing the characteristics of battery,a power balance automatic control strategy at idle condition was designed.Battery state was estimated by voltage,which was used to control idle speed,and so the power balance was ensured.Furthermore,some application problems,such as integration with the normal engine control logic,etc.were studied.By integrated into ECU,the idle power balance automatic control function could be realized without adding hardware costs.Vehicle test results show that the control logic can modify idle speed automatically after integrating.The engine works at a lowest allowable idle speed,while power balance is ensured and the control procedure is stable.
