本研究选择具有大范围实用分相区、适合快速烧成的R2O(K2O,Na2O)-RO(CaO,MgO,ZnO)-A12O3-B2O3-SiO2系统,研究了该多元系统全熔块乳浊釉组成与结构间的相互关系。通过优化组成设计及物理化学过程的控制,使釉熔体在快速烧成过程中自发产生分相,形成微米-亚微米级液-液不混溶结构,从而产生良好的乳浊效果。本文对各氧化物对分相过程的影响进行了讨论。
本研究選擇具有大範圍實用分相區、適閤快速燒成的R2O(K2O,Na2O)-RO(CaO,MgO,ZnO)-A12O3-B2O3-SiO2繫統,研究瞭該多元繫統全鎔塊乳濁釉組成與結構間的相互關繫。通過優化組成設計及物理化學過程的控製,使釉鎔體在快速燒成過程中自髮產生分相,形成微米-亞微米級液-液不混溶結構,從而產生良好的乳濁效果。本文對各氧化物對分相過程的影響進行瞭討論。
본연구선택구유대범위실용분상구、괄합쾌속소성적R2O(K2O,Na2O)-RO(CaO,MgO,ZnO)-A12O3-B2O3-SiO2계통,연구료해다원계통전용괴유탁유조성여결구간적상호관계。통과우화조성설계급물이화학과정적공제,사유용체재쾌속소성과정중자발산생분상,형성미미-아미미급액-액불혼용결구,종이산생량호적유탁효과。본문대각양화물대분상과정적영향진행료토론。
The multi-component system R2O( K2O, Na2O)-RO( CaO, MgO, ZnO) - A12O3 - B2 03 - SiO2 which contains wide practical liquid-liquid immiscibihty region and fits for single fast firing cycle was adopted. The interdependence between composition and microstructure for fritted glazes in the above system was investigated. Through optimizational composition design and control of the physical chemistry process, phase-separation spontaneously takes place in glaze melt during fast firing, accordingly micron or sub- micron scaled liquid-liquid immiscibility structure forms. This enables the resultant glaze to attain a goodopacification appearance. Effect of various oxides on phase- separation was discussed in this paper.
