探索新型教学模式,培养非英语专业大学生的英语综合应用能力和自主学习能力,是新一轮大学英语教学改革的核心目标.因此,本文力图建立一个由课堂教学、课外学习和语言实践三大课堂构成的"大学英语自主性学习能力综合培养模式".这种相对完整的大学英语教学体系,能有效促进学生元认知策略意识、情感调控能力与语言应用能力的协调发展,提高自主性英语学习能力.

The core objective of this new college English teaching refom in China is to explore a new teaching model for cultivating students' comprehensive competenee and autonomous learning ability. Based on the critical analysis of related theories and re-search results, an attempt is made in this paper to construct a comprehensive model, consisting of classroom instruction, autono-mous learning and language practice modules. This relatively complete college English teaching system can promote students' co-ordinated development in their metacognitive strategy awareness, emotion regulation capacity and language application compe-tence, and effectively improve their autonomous English learning.
