通过分析信息化作战条件下战术机动指挥所的新发展,建立了一套新的机动指挥所生存防护效能评价指标体系。运用改进层次分析法、物元综合评估等方法建立了机动指挥所生存防护效能综合评价模型,结合具体生存防护实例,给出了合理的评估结果,通过进一步对评估数据和评估结果的模糊贴近度分析,找出了影响机动指挥所生存能力的主要因素指标,对其原因进行了一些探讨,为优化机动指挥所生存防护体系提供了定量分析的依据。

Through a research on the new features of life protection about the mobile command post,then established a new index system of mobile command post to protection to survive protection efficacy.All above research is because of the new development for mobile command post under information warfare and battlefield threats to survival.I created the protection to survive perform-ance evaluation model of mobile command post based on improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and comprehensive evaluation method of matter element and so on.In addition,I found the main factors indicators of mobile command post by specific instance of the survival protection,reasonable assessment,assessment data and analysis of fuzzy closeness degree.By exploring,I found the basis of quantitative analysis for the survival protection system for mobile command post finally.
