目的探讨胆肠吻合口狭窄的处理和预防。方法回顾性分析我院从1956年6月至2007年4月收治以及院外会诊处理的133例胆肠吻合口狭窄病例的情况。结果133例胆肠吻合口狭窄，均为医源性胆管损伤后造成的并发症，经手术积极再处理，131例疗效满意，2例效果欠佳。结论胆肠吻合口狭窄是医源性胆管损伤的严重并发症，应努力避免；一旦发生吻合口狭窄，必须积极、正确、有效的处理措施。
목적 탐토담장문합구협착적처리화예방。방법 회고성분석아원종1956년6월지2007년4월수치이급원외회진처리적133례담장문합구협착병례적정황。결과133례담장문합구협착，균위의원성담관손상후조성적병발증，경수술적겁재처리，131례료효만의，2례효과흠가。결론담장문합구협착시의원성담관손상적엄중병발증，응노력피면；일단발생문합구협착，필수적겁、정학、유효적처리조시。
Objective To review the management and prevention of stenosis after hepaticojejunostomy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 133 patients who developed stenosis after hepaticojejunostomy carried out for iatrogenic bile duct injuries. Result Through our active reoperative protocol, we were able to achieve satisfactory results in 131 patients, although the results were still unsatisfactory in 2 patients. Conclusions Stenosis after hepaticojejunostomy is a severe complication which should actively be prevented. Once it happens, doctors should apply active, appropriate and effective measures to correct the stenosis.
