Mifepristone semi-solid skeleton capsules%Recurrent perimenopausal dysfunction uterine bleeding
目的 探讨低剂量米非司酮胶囊Ⅱ(米非司酮半固体骨架胶囊)治疗复发性围绝经期功血的效果.方法 将无服米非司酮禁忌、确诊为复发性围绝经期功血的患者30例,口服米非司酮胶囊Ⅱ,5 mg,每日1次,连服3个月,于治疗前后B超监测子宫内膜厚度,测血红蛋白、雌激素及肝肾功能等指标.结果 患者在服药期间均闭经,治疗后随访6～12个月,9例闭经,10例月经稀发,10例恢复正常月经,1例复发.无明显副作用.结论 口服低剂量米非司酮胶囊Ⅱ是较好的保守性治疗复发性围绝经期功血的治疗方法.
目的 探討低劑量米非司酮膠囊Ⅱ(米非司酮半固體骨架膠囊)治療複髮性圍絕經期功血的效果.方法 將無服米非司酮禁忌、確診為複髮性圍絕經期功血的患者30例,口服米非司酮膠囊Ⅱ,5 mg,每日1次,連服3箇月,于治療前後B超鑑測子宮內膜厚度,測血紅蛋白、雌激素及肝腎功能等指標.結果 患者在服藥期間均閉經,治療後隨訪6～12箇月,9例閉經,10例月經稀髮,10例恢複正常月經,1例複髮.無明顯副作用.結論 口服低劑量米非司酮膠囊Ⅱ是較好的保守性治療複髮性圍絕經期功血的治療方法.
목적 탐토저제량미비사동효낭Ⅱ(미비사동반고체골가효낭)치료복발성위절경기공혈적효과.방법 장무복미비사동금기、학진위복발성위절경기공혈적환자30례,구복미비사동효낭Ⅱ,5 mg,매일1차,련복3개월,우치료전후B초감측자궁내막후도,측혈홍단백、자격소급간신공능등지표.결과 환자재복약기간균폐경,치료후수방6～12개월,9례폐경,10례월경희발,10례회복정상월경,1례복발.무명현부작용.결론 구복저제량미비사동효낭Ⅱ시교호적보수성치료복발성위절경기공혈적치료방법.
Objective To discuss the effect of low-dose mifepristone capsule Ⅱ in the recurrent blood perimenopausal treatment. Methods Patients who had been confirmed recurrent perimenopausal no taboos serving mifepristone with reactive blood,were asked to take mifepristone Ⅱ 5 mg capsules, once a day for 3 months. Endometrial thickness were monitored by B-monito-ring before and after treatment, indicators as hemoglobin, estrogen and liver and kidney function were recorded as well. Results All the patients were amenorrhea during the medication period. In the followed-up 6-12 months, nine patients had amenorrhea,menstruation dilutes in 10 patients, another 10 patients resume normal menstruation, and one got recurrence. No obvious side effects. Conclusion Low-dose mifepristone capsule Ⅱ can be well used in recurrent blood perimenopausal treatment.
