目的:探讨枸橼酸芬太尼复合咪唑安定用于超声消融子宫肌瘤的安全性和有效性.方法:71例子宫肌瘤患者在超声消融过程中给予枸橼酸芬太尼和咪唑安定镇静镇痛,观察用药前后生命体征,及ramsay镇静深度评级和疼痛程度评分.结果:①ramsay评级为3.41±0.68(1~4级);②疼痛评分3.6±0.9(1~8分),81.7%(58/71)评分小于4分;③用药前后平均动脉压、心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血氧饱和度、呼吸频率略有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但仍在正常范围.结论:枸橼酸芬太尼复合咪唑安定镇静镇痛方案用于超声消融子宫肌瘤能达到良好的镇静镇痛效果,是安全、有效的.

Objective: To evaluate the response of conscious-sedation (Fentanyl and Midazolam) in ultrasound ablation for uterine fibroids. Methods:Seveny-one patients were given ultrasound ablation therapy with conscious-sedation. The changes of vital sign, conscious-sedation score, and pain score were assessed. Results: All of 71 patients underwent ultrasound ablation completely,and eachpa-tient could tolerate the procedure well. ①(conscious-sedation score was: 3.41 ±0.68( 1~4). ②pain score was: 3.6 ±0.9(1~8),with 81.7% (58/71 )pain score being less than 4(medium pain). ③There was no significant difference in mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) (P>0.05).There was significant difference in saturation of blood oxygen (SPO_2) and respiration (RR)(P<0.05), but the values were normal. Conclusion:Conscious-sedation in ultrasound ablation for uterine fibrods.could decrease stress reaction effectively, and stabilize hemodynamics. It is a safe and effective protocol.
