目的 建立兔和裸小鼠前房内视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)移植瘤模型,对比两组之间的成功率.方法 将Y79细胞制成细胞悬液,A组注入10只兔(10眼)的前房,每眼注0.1ml;B组注入10只裸小鼠(10眼)的前房.每眼注0.4μl.结果 A组有2眼形成了移植瘤,B组均形成了移植瘤,移植瘤对NSE呈阳性反应,对GFAP呈阴性反应.结论 裸小鼠比兔更适合作为Rb细胞前房移植瘤的动物模型.

목적 건립토화라소서전방내시망막모세포류(Rb)이식류모형,대비량조지간적성공솔.방법 장Y79세포제성세포현액,A조주입10지토(10안)적전방,매안주0.1ml;B조주입10지라소서(10안)적전방.매안주0.4μl.결과 A조유2안형성료이식류,B조균형성료이식류,이식류대NSE정양성반응,대GFAP정음성반응.결론 라소서비토경괄합작위Rb세포전방이식류적동물모형.
Objective To establish the animal models of retinoblastoma (Rb)in rabbit and nudemouse, and compare the achievement ratio of two groups.Methods 0.1 ml of Rb cell suspension were injectedinto chambers of 10 rabbits (10 eyes) ;0.4μl of Rb cell suspension were injected into chambers of 10 nudemice (10 eyes). Result In the group of rabbit,transplanted tumors were established in 2 eyes;and in thegroup of nude mouse,transplanted tumors were found in every experimental eyes.The transplanted tumorsshowed positive reaction to NSE,and negative reaction to GFAP.Conclusion Nude mouse is more suitablethan rabbit for making Rb animal model.
