目的 探讨负压吸引胶圈套扎加消痔灵注射治疗内痔的疗效.方法 应用负压吸引胶圈套扎加消痔灵注射治疗内痔244例,治疗后随访3～6个月.结果 治愈236例,治愈率96.7%;有效244例,有效率100%.结论 负压吸引胶圈套扎加消痔灵注射是治疗内痔的理想方法,具有治疗愈率高,安全有效,住院时间短,恢复快,患者痛苦小等优点.
目的 探討負壓吸引膠圈套扎加消痔靈註射治療內痔的療效.方法 應用負壓吸引膠圈套扎加消痔靈註射治療內痔244例,治療後隨訪3～6箇月.結果 治愈236例,治愈率96.7%;有效244例,有效率100%.結論 負壓吸引膠圈套扎加消痔靈註射是治療內痔的理想方法,具有治療愈率高,安全有效,住院時間短,恢複快,患者痛苦小等優點.
목적 탐토부압흡인효권투찰가소치령주사치료내치적료효.방법 응용부압흡인효권투찰가소치령주사치료내치244례,치료후수방3～6개월.결과 치유236례,치유솔96.7%;유효244례,유효솔100%.결론 부압흡인효권투찰가소치령주사시치료내치적이상방법,구유치료유솔고,안전유효,주원시간단,회복쾌,환자통고소등우점.
Objective To study the efficacy of suction combined with ligation and injection of Xiaozhiling in treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Methods 244 patients with internal hemorrhoids were treated using suction combined with ligation and injection of Xiaozhiling,and followed up for 3～6 months after treatment. Results 236 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 96.7% ;244 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Treatment with internal hemorrhoids using suction combined with ligation and injection of Xiaozhiling was the ideal way to treat internal hemorrhoids. This method was more effective and safer than the traditional way, with the advantages of shorter time of inpatient stay and earlier return to normal activity with no harm and suffering.
