报道了抚州铀矿山南贫矿细菌堆浸半工业试验的结果,并对堆场、喷淋布液装置、生物膜连续氧化设备及工艺流程等作了简述。通过158d的淋浸试验,回收铀1142.14kg,液计浸出率为69.45%,渣计浸出率66%,酸耗2.11%,总液固体积质量比为2.55L/kg。实现了利用矿石中的铁和硫被细菌氧化达到浸出铀的目的,为经济地开发利用低品位铀矿石提供了一种实用可行的工艺方法。

In this paper,the results of semi-commercial experiment ofbacteria he ap leaching Shannan low-grade ore in Fuzhou Uranium Mine are summarized. Heap s ituation, spraying and sprinkling devices, continuous oxidizing equipment of bio membrane and technological process are briefly introduced. During 158 d of bacte ria leaching experiment, 1 142.14 kg uranium has been recovered. The leachi n g rate is 69.45% and 66% respectively by liquid and tailing measurement. The a cid consumption is 2.11%, and the total liquid/solid is 2.55 L/kg. It suppl ies an economic and feasible technical way to recover uranium from low-grade uraniu m ores.
