目的研究合理的颅内血管三维螺旋CT血管造影的技术。方法对45例患者作3D-SCTA,在快速注射造影剂(3~4ml/s)后,收集计算机上的全部资料,用三维软件重建三维影像。结果43例显示了非常清晰的三维颅内血管影像,仅2例因注射造影剂速度较慢而三维影像不满意。结论3D-SCTA是一种无创性和有用的显示颅内血管三维解剖的技术。在各种技术因素中造影剂注射速度和CT阈值最为重要。

목적연구합리적로내혈관삼유라선CT혈관조영적기술。방법대45례환자작3D-SCTA,재쾌속주사조영제(3~4ml/s)후,수집계산궤상적전부자료,용삼유연건중건삼유영상。결과43례현시료비상청석적삼유로내혈관영상,부2례인주사조영제속도교만이삼유영상불만의。결론3D-SCTA시일충무창성화유용적현시로내혈관삼유해부적기술。재각충기술인소중조영제주사속도화CT역치최위중요。
Objective To evaluate the optimization technique of 3D-SCTA inintracranial vascular.Methods Three-dimensional spiral CT angiography(SCTA) was performed in 45 cases.After the contrast (3~4ml/s) was fast injected,the all dates were collected from scan and then was transferred to computer.The 3D software was used to reconstruct 3D images.Results 43 cases demonstrated very clear 3D intracranial vascular images.Only 2 cases with 3D image was insufficient,because the contrast-injected rate was slight slowly.Conclusion 3D-SCTA is a noninvasive and useful technique for demonstrating the intracranial vascular 3D anatomy.Among the various technique factors,the contrast- injected rate and the CT threshold value are the most important factors.
