为筛选出促进切花菊'神马'(Chrysanthemum morifolium 'Jinba')开花的最佳亚精胺(Spermidine,Spd)溶液浓度,采用整株喷施的方法,研究了不同浓度(0~1.0 mmol/L)的Spd对成花诱导期间顶芽和叶片多胺(Polyamines,PAs)和开花的影响.结果表明:0.1 mmol/L处理提高了成花诱导前期和中期顶芽内Spd的含量,提高了中期时顶芽内精胺(Spermine,Spm)的含量,降低了前期叶片内Spd的含量.1.0 mmol/L处理区成花诱导中期顶芽内Spd含量显著低于对照,但是在后期顶芽和叶片内腐胺(Putrescine,Put)含量都突然升高;0.01 mmol/L处理变化与对照相差不大.虽然0.1 mmol/L和1.0 mmol/L处理均增加菊花的舌状花数,但前者可以提前2 d开花,延长盛花期天数,而后者则延迟2 d开花,并缩短盛花期天数3 d.结果显示,Spd与小花原基分化有密切关系,0.1 mmol/L Spd促进菊花开花,1.0 mmol/L Spd则抑制开花.

To select the best concentration of spermidine (Spd) which can promote flowering,different concentrations of Spd (0-1.0 mmol/L) were sprayed to autumn cutting chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) 'Jinba'.The changes of polyamines in apical buds and leaves during flower bud induction period,and flowering of the chrysanthemum were studied.The contents of Spd in apical buds were increased at early and middle stage,but decreased in leaves at early stage,and spermine (Spm) increased at middle stage during floral induction period by treated with 0.1 mmol/L Spd. In the treatment with 1.0 mmol/L Spd,the contents of Spd and Spm in apical buds were decreased at early and middle stage during floral induction period,however,in later period putrescine (Put) increased suddenly. There was no difference between the 0.01 mmol/L treatment and CK (0 mmol/L Spd). Compared with the CK,both 0.1 mmol/L and 1 mmol/L treatment could increase the numbers of ray florets,however,the former could flower 2 days earlier and prolonged the blooming times,while the latter could delay flowering for 2 days and shortened blooming times 3 days. The results showed that the Spd might relate to floret primordium differention,and 0.1 mmol/L Spd promoted,whereas 1.0 mmol/L Spd inhibited flowering in chrysanthemum.
