研究了掺杂Cu和Sn对于旋涂热解法制备TiO_2薄膜的影响.将钛酸丁酯、乙酰丙酮、PEG等溶解成为乙醇溶液,将该溶液旋转涂布在玻璃基片上,并在500 ℃下煅烧可得TiO_2薄膜.掺杂Cu和Sn能改善TiO_2薄膜的光催化性能,AFM和XRD表明掺杂后可以改善薄膜的结晶性.

The incorporation of Cu and Sn to TiO_2 films prepared by spin-coating and pyrolysis was studied. Butyl titanate, AcAc, and PEG were dissolved in ethanol solvent. The mixture was spin-coated on glass substrate for several times, and coatings were pyrolyzed at 500 ℃ to prepare TiO_2 films. The incorporation of Cu and Sn improved the photocatalytic properties of TiO_2 films, and the films doped with Cu or Sn showed better crystallinity of TiO_2 particles.
