20世纪90年代以来,新疆境内外民族分裂势力、宗教极端势力、暴力恐怖势力制造了大量的传统恐怖犯罪活动和非传统恐怖犯罪活动,新疆＂7.5＂事件所呈现的参与犯罪人数多、使用棍棒和石头做武器、大量普通群众遭遇袭击、造成恐慌的反人性非传统恐怖,严重地影响了新疆乃至全国的安全与稳定,这对包括教育学在内的人文社会科学研究提出了新的任务和要求。本文在深入分析新疆非传统恐怖犯罪活动的基础上,界定非传统恐怖的概念,进而从教育功能层面探讨教育在反非传统恐怖中的作用。

Since the 90s of the 20th century, national separatist forces inside and outside of Xinjiang, religious extremism, violence and terrorism created a large number of traditional and nontraditional terrorism and criminal activities. In the ＂ 7·5＂ event, large number of people were involved in the crime. They used sticks and stones as weapons, made innumerable attacks on ordinary people, causing panic in the anti-human nontraditional terrorism way, seriously affecting the security and stability of Xinjiang, even the country, which put forward new tasks and requirements upon humanities and social sciences. The paper, based on the analysis of nontraditional terrorism and criminal activities in Xinjiang and definition of the concept of unconventional terrorism, further discusses educational function in anti-terrorism role of nontraditional from the view of educational function.
